abstract | An object of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide a toner excellent in image quality, developability, and cleaning properties. A toner includes base particles in which resin particles are attached to the surface of core particles including a binder resin, a release agent, and a colorant, and the resin particles partially protrude from the surface of the core particles.
