abstract |
Provided is a method for analyzing an aldehyde compound in a metal plating solution capable of detecting an aldehyde compound in the metal plating solution to a level of 0.1 mg / mL or less by a simple and economical method. The method for analyzing an aldehyde compound in a metal plating solution according to the present invention comprises adding a pH adjusting solution to an aldehyde derivative and adjusting the pH to substantially the same as the pH of the metal plating solution. A step of preparing a supersaturated aldehyde derivative solution by dissolving so as to be supersaturated, adding the supersaturated aldehyde derivative solution to a metal plating solution, and derivatizing the aldehyde compound present in the metal plating solution to obtain an aldehyde derivative compound. And obtaining the aldehyde derivative compound, and analyzing the aldehyde compound from the extracted aldehyde derivative compound. [Selection] Figure 1 |
