The present invention provides a scintillator panel in which a narrow partition wall is formed with high accuracy in a large area, has high emission luminance, and realizes clear image quality. The present invention is a scintillator panel having a substrate on a flat plate, a partition provided on the substrate, and a scintillator layer made of a phosphor filled in a cell partitioned by the partition.
