titleOfInvention | Method for producing tulipperins |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tulipaline under mild conditions with less environmental burden by using plant tissue as a substrate raw material and using ethanol and a mixed solvent of water and ethanol and activated carbon as extraction and purification means. And SOLUTION: A step of extracting a tuliposide as a substrate from a plant tissue using a mixed solvent of water and ethanol, and a tulipposide converting enzyme (immobilized turlippo) immobilized on the extraction solution and an anion exchange resin. A step of obtaining tuliperins in the enzyme reaction solution by contacting with a side-converting enzyme), and a step of adsorbing and recovering the tuliperins from the enzyme reaction solution using activated carbon.
