titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of laminated core
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a laminated core which has a good appearance by improving the film thickness accuracy of an adhesive layer and has a good appearance by suppressing the protrusion of the adhesive layer from the inner and outer peripheral portions of an electromagnetic steel sheet. A method for manufacturing a laminated core includes a forming step and an adhesion step. In the forming step, the electromagnetic steel sheet 11 having the adhesive layer 12 on one main surface is punched into a predetermined shape. In the bonding step, a plurality of the electromagnetic steel sheets are overlapped, and then the whole is heated and pressed to bond the electromagnetic steel sheets with an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer contains (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent for epoxy resin, and (C) a synthetic rubber, and (C) a thermosetting resin composition containing 40% by mass or more of a rubber component in a solid content.
