abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a useful tool for pathological analysis of celiac disease and a drug for celiac disease. In a CD300a gene-deficient mouse in which celiac disease is induced by gliadin peptide, the symptoms of celiac disease are exacerbated. Therefore, a CD300a gene-deficient mouse is used for analyzing the pathological condition of celiac disease or a therapeutic drug for the same. Alternatively, it can be used as a model mouse for screening candidate substances that can be active ingredients of preventive drugs. In addition, a medicine containing an agent that enhances the inhibitory signaling of myeloid cells expressing CD300a, which contains a substance that enhances the binding between D300a and phosphatidylserine as an active ingredient, treats celiac disease or Can be used to prevent.
