abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing fluidized concrete that does not require any special mixing work on site, has a hardenability equivalent to that of base concrete, and has high fluidity and sufficient material separation resistance. A process for obtaining a base concrete having a slump value of 15 to 21 cm according to JIS A 1101 by mixing a hydraulic binder, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and a water reducing agent for concrete and kneading. (I), After the step (a), a monomer which is a sulfo group-containing (meth) acrylic acid derivative is formed on the base concrete having a slump value of 12 cm to 21 cm according to JIS A 1101 as time passes for 5 to 180 minutes. JIS A 1150 is obtained by adding a viscosity adjusting component comprising a water-soluble polymer as a unit and a viscosity adjusting component containing a fluidizing component comprising a polycarboxylic acid compound, and mixing and kneading it. The step (b) of obtaining fluidized concrete having a slump flow value of 35 to 65 cm according to the above rule. [Selection figure] None |
