abstract |
A light-emitting element, a light-emitting element package, and a light unit that can prevent current concentration, improve electrical reliability, and improve light output. According to one embodiment, a light emitting device includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer under the first conductive semiconductor layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer under the active layer. A plurality of first electrodes disposed on the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; and a conductive layer disposed below the second electrode.
