titleOfInvention | Delivery slip |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip capable of clearly grasping who a recipient is at a delivery destination. A surface base material 10 and a tack base material 40b are bonded via a release layer 20 and an adhesive layer 30, and the tack base material 40b is attached to the release base material 40d via an adhesive layer 40c. These are delivery slips that can be peeled off from the surface base material 10 and the tack base material 40b. The surface base material 10 has an entry field K, and the entry field K for the release layer 20 and the adhesive layer 30. The peeling layer 20 and the adhesive layer 30 are not formed at the corresponding locations, and the self-coloring layer 40a is formed between the adhesive layer 30 and the tack base material 40b.
