abstract A method for producing a specific antibody capable of rapid diagnosis of microorganisms with high efficiency is provided. A method for producing a hybridoma comprising the following steps: 1) an immunization step in which a microorganism-derived antigen is repeatedly administered to an organism and an antigen-specific receptor is expressed on the B cell surface; 2) the B cell surface A B cell-biotinylated antigen complex is formed by binding an antigen-specific receptor expressed in to a biotinylated antigen and then streptavidin is bound to form a B cell-biotinylated antigen-streptavidin complex. Steps (1), 3) Binding myeloma cells and biotin to produce biotinylated myeloma cells, 4) Cell cross-linking step to obtain B cells-myeloma cells by cross-linking by biotin-avidin reaction, 5) B cells A hybridoma production method comprising: a hybridoma production step of obtaining a hybridoma by applying a DC rectangular wave electric pulse to a myeloma cell.
