An ultraviolet curable composition containing an ultraviolet curable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a solvent, and the like, true spherical fine particles, and a fluorine-based surfactant having an ultraviolet reactive group. By applying the fingerprint-resistant hard coat paint to a member or article having a surface base material such as glass, acrylic, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, etc., a hard coat layer is formed on those surfaces.
