abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition capable of obtaining a dry film having excellent blocking resistance and a cured film having excellent surface hardness, an active energy ray curable resin as a component thereof, and an additive having excellent blocking resistance. A decorative film and a method for producing a decorative molded product having a high surface hardness are provided. SOLUTION: A structural unit derived from m-isopropenyl-α, α-dimethylbenzyl isocyanate (a-1) and a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated compound other than component (a-1), and a calculated Tg of 100. An active energy ray-curable resin obtained by adding a hydroxyl group of a hydroxyl group-containing ethylenically unsaturated compound to an isocyanate group side chain derived from a component (a-1) of a copolymer having a temperature equal to or higher than ° C., and this resin A composition, a decorative film in which a layer of a dried product of the composition is laminated, and a molded article covered with the decorative film are irradiated with active energy rays to cure the dried layer of the composition.
