abstract Disclosed is a disposable sheet-like cosmetic material in which a cosmetic material for one to several doses is held on a sheet instead of a puff, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Short fibers 15 having an average single yarn fineness of 0.6 to 60 dtex and a length of 0.2 to 5.0 mm are formed on the surface of a sheet-like substrate 11 made of a foamed sheet having a thickness of 0.2 to 5.0 mm. The flocking layer 12 formed by electrostatic flocking is formed, and the powdery cosmetic material 13 is held in a layered manner on at least a part of the surface of the flocked layer 12.
