An electrolytic solution of the present invention includes a mixed solvent containing ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, an electrolyte selected from 1,6-decanedicarboxylic acid and a salt thereof, a complex compound of boric acid and a sugar alcohol, Polyoxyethylene glycerol and 0.4-1.2 mass% polyvinyl alcohol are included with respect to the whole electrolyte solution.
