An imprint material capable of easily peeling a resin film from a mold after release after curing, that is, an imprint material that forms a film having low release force and high scratch resistance. And a film made of the material and having the pattern transferred thereon. The component (A) has an ethylene oxide unit having at least 2 to 46 repeating units or an average number of repeating units in the main chain and at least one urethane bond, and 4 to 10 at both ends of the molecule.
