titleOfInvention | Film transport device |
abstract | The present invention provides a film transport apparatus capable of smoothly transporting a film and suppressing wear of each member of a rolling bearing to improve durability and prolong a life. SOLUTION This film transport device 10 is disposed along both sides of a film F transport path, and is sandwiched between a pair of guide rails 21 and 21 and a pair of guide rails 21 and 21. A chain 30 that moves along the guide member 20 and a holding plate 50 that is attached to the chain 30 and holds both ends of the film F are provided. The chain 30 abuts against the guide member 20 via the rolling bearings 60A and 60B. The rolling bearings 60A and 60B have an inner ring 61, an outer ring 63, a plurality of rolling elements 65, and a cage 67, and at least a part of the surface of the cage 67 is made of a lubricant. A film is formed, and the radial internal clearance is 45 to 100 μm. [Selection] Figure 3 |
