A crosslinking agent comprising a polyester resin having a hydroxyl value of less than 10 mg KOH / g, an acid value of less than 30 mg KOH / g, and a number average molecular weight of 8,000 or more, a film-forming resin, and an active methylene type block polyisocyanate compound. And a multilayer coating film forming method in which a three-layer or four-layer multilayer coating film using the aqueous coating composition as an aqueous base coating material is simultaneously heat-cured.
