titleOfInvention Hydroxyiminodisuccinic acid (salt) aqueous solution and method for producing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a hydroxyiminodisuccinic acid aqueous solution having a better hue than conventional ones. (1) A step of producing an epoxy succinic acid (salt) aqueous solution by reacting maleic acid (salt) and / or maleic anhydride and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of tungstic acid (salt) and water; (2) Adjusting the pH of the epoxy succinic acid (salt) aqueous solution to 9.0 to 12.0 and adjusting the hydrogen peroxide concentration after pH adjustment to 100 ppm or less; and (3) the epoxy succinic acid obtained in (2) above. A step of reacting an acid (salt) with aspartic acid (salt) in the presence of water, and an aqueous hydroxyiminodisuccinic acid (salt) solution. [Selection figure] None
