titleOfInvention | Copper-clad laminate and circuit board |
abstract | The present invention provides a laminate and a circuit board in which the adhesive force between a copper foil and a resin layer is unlikely to be lowered even in a use environment in which repeated exposure to high temperatures and oil components is performed. A copper clad laminate has an insulating layer and a copper foil laminated on at least one surface of the insulating layer, and is used in oil containing a sulfur-containing organic compound. The amount of cobalt element adhering to the surface in contact with the insulating layer in the copper foil of this copper clad laminate is 2 mg / dm 2 or less. As an insulating layer, as a polyimide having a function of trapping a sulfur-containing organic compound, a polyamic acid composition containing a polyamic acid and an acrylic compound having a weight average molecular weight in the range of 10,000 to 150,000 is imidized. It is preferable to use the obtained polyimide or a thermoplastic polyimide having a radical polymerizable unsaturated bond in the range of 2 to 6 carbon atoms in a range of 0.096 mmol to 3 mmol per 1 g of the polyamic acid. .
