abstract A radiographic image processing apparatus, a radiographic imaging system, a program, and a radiographic image processing method capable of improving the accuracy of alignment between images of a plurality of radiographic images are provided. Image information obtained by imaging the same subject at different timings and each representing a radiographic image, wherein the radiographic image indicated by at least one image information represents an artifact region indicating an artifact. The acquired image information is acquired (S205), the artifact region is detected from the radiation image (S207), and the alignment target image is detected when the alignment is performed based on the acquired image information.
