abstract |
To obtain a volume resistivity lower than that of conventional powder compacts of ITO powder without requiring post-treatment in a powder state. The ITO powder of the present invention is obtained by filling a sample holder attached to an X-ray diffractometer with ITO powder as a sample and irradiating the sample with X-rays in the range of 2θ / θ = 15 to 90 deg. As a result of refinement of the lattice constant, crystallite size, and lattice strain from the line, the obtained lattice strain is in the range of 0.2 to 0.8. [Selection] Figure 2 |
