abstract | To provide a stent delivery system capable of effectively reducing the outer diameter when a stent is mounted by folding a balloon. A balloon 30 is formed which is inflatable when fluid flows therein and is folded on an outer peripheral surface of a long shaft portion 60 to form an outer folded portion 34 that protrudes radially outward. A plurality of annular portions 71a to 71h formed in a ring shape and arranged in the axial direction of the ring, and a plurality of connection portions 72 that connect the adjacent annular portions 71a to 71h are provided, and all of the connection portions 72 are the outer sides.
