An inexpensive silicon secondary battery module, a manufacturing method thereof, and a large-capacity silicon secondary battery are provided. Each of a positive electrode titanium substrate 1 and a negative electrode titanium substrate 9 is formed by mixing a silicon compound powder with zeolite and printing while heating to ultraviolet (UV) or about 130 ° C. to form each electrode. After coating the zeolite solid electrolyte 5 mixed with zeolite, both electrodes are joined to form a unit cell.
