titleOfInvention Antibacterial hematoxylin solution and extended antibacterial hematoxylin solution
abstract An antibacterial improvement solution of a hematoxylin solution that is used in a histopathological examination and stains a cell nucleus of a tissue. In a 1500 ml Erlenmeyer flask, 50 g of aluminum chloride (AlCl 3 .6H 2 O) is stirred and dissolved in 870 ml of purified water for several seconds. This is designated as solution A preparation step 1. Separately, in a 100 ml Erlenmeyer flask, 1.5 g of hematoxylin is stirred and dissolved in 30 ml ethanol for 1 minute. This is designated as B liquid preparation step 2. A 1500 ml Erlenmeyer flask containing a mixed liquid obtained by adding B liquid to A liquid is placed on a magnetic stirrer and stirred for 10 minutes to mix. This is designated as C liquid preparation step 3. Add 0.3 g of sodium iodate to solution C and stir for 30 minutes to dissolve. This is D liquid preparation step 4. Add 100 ml of glycerin to solution D, stir for 10 minutes, and mix. This is designated E solution preparation step 5. The solution E is aged for 4 to 5 days to obtain a finished antibacterial hematoxylin solution 6. [Selection] Figure 4
