titleOfInvention Method for producing lithium metal phosphate
abstract A method for producing a lithium metal phosphorous oxide represented by the following chemical formula 1 using a mixture of a metal (M) and a metal oxide containing the metal as a starting material, and lithium produced by the method described above A transition metal phosphate, an electrode including the same as an electrode active material, and a secondary battery including the electrode. [Formula 1] Li x M y PO 4 (M is a Group 3 to 12 transition metals, Mg, Al, selected from Ga and B, 0.05 ≦ x ≦ 1.2,0.8 ≦ y ≦ 1.2) [Effect] By using a mixed material of a metal oxide, which is a low-valent metal precursor, and a metal in a reduced state, as a starting material for a solid-phase reaction, lithium metal phosphorous oxide in a nanocrystalline form can be produced at a low production cost. In addition to being able to be manufactured, when this is used as an electrode active material of a secondary battery, a secondary battery having excellent capacity characteristics and life characteristics can be manufactured.
