titleOfInvention | Dye-sensitized solar cell |
abstract | 【Task】 In a dye-sensitized solar cell, it is possible to suppress a decrease in short-circuit current and an open-circuit voltage due to an exposed portion of an electrode to which a metal oxide semiconductor is attached, improve conversion efficiency, and further increase production. An object of the present invention is to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell in which procurement of materials is easy and manufacturing costs can be reduced. [Solution] The present invention includes an electrode having a metal oxide semiconductor adsorbed with a dye attached thereto, and the exposed portion of the electrode where the metal oxide semiconductor is not attached and is exposed is covered with an insulating film. Sensitized solar cell, the dye-sensitized solar cell in which the electrode is a mesh electrode, the dye-sensitized solar cell in which the insulating film is an inorganic compound having at least one of alumina or silica, the insulating property The film was solved by the above-described dye-sensitized solar cell, which is an organic compound that is an electrodeposition paint.
