titleOfInvention | Method for producing ethanol from lignocellulose-containing biomass |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for reusing a residue (undegraded fiber) separated in a production process as a raw material for saccharification in a method for producing ethanol from biomass containing lignocellulose. [Solution] The lignocellulosic raw material is subjected to a parallel saccharification and fermentation process, and the treated suspension discharged from the parallel saccharification and fermentation process is separated into a solid content and a liquid fraction by a 1.25 to 600 mesh solid-liquid separation device, and the solid-liquid separation is performed. The liquid fraction separated in the process is separated into a concentrated solution from which the fermentation product and the fermentation product have been removed by vacuum distillation. The concentrate from which the fermentation product separated in the distillation step has been removed is separated into a liquid fraction and a residue by a residue separator, a chemical is added to the residue separated in the residue separation step, and the residue is heated. Process. The residue subjected to the chemical treatment is reused as a raw material for the parallel saccharification and fermentation. [Selection] Figure 1 |
