abstract | The present invention provides a one-part moisture curable resin composition having excellent antifungal properties capable of suppressing the occurrence of mold even when the surface is coated, and a sealing material using the composition. The composition of the present invention comprises a urethane prepolymer (A) containing an isocyanate group at a terminal, a plasticizer, and a fungicide (B) dissolved in the plasticizer. This is a one-part moisture curable resin composition. If the composition of the present invention is used, the mold inhibitor (B) is transferred to the surface of the coating film coated on the surface of the cured product together with the plasticizer, thereby suppressing the occurrence of mold on the surface of the coating film.
