titleOfInvention Carbon fiber composite material, method for producing carbon fiber composite material, and laminate
abstract The present invention provides a carbon fiber composite material excellent in tensile modulus and a method for producing the carbon fiber composite material. A carbon fiber composite material according to the present invention includes carbon fiber and polypropylene impregnated in the carbon fiber. The crystallization rate of the polypropylene is 60% or more. In the method for producing a carbon fiber composite material according to the present invention, carbon fiber is impregnated with molten polypropylene and then cooled to crystallize the polypropylene, thereby obtaining a composite material of the carbon fiber and the polypropylene. A step of reheating the composite material to a temperature equal to or lower than the melting point of the polypropylene, and a gas that is soluble in the polypropylene in a state where the composite material is reheated, and a pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure. And the step of causing the composite material to contain the gas in the polypropylene to obtain the carbon fiber composite material. [Selection] Figure 1
