Process for producing cycloalkylcarboxamide pyridinebenzoic acid |
abstract |
The present invention provides a process for the preparation of compounds that are useful in the treatment of CFTR-mediated diseases. The present invention relates to a process for providing compound 1. The present invention provides a process for preparing CFTR modifiers that are useful in the treatment of cystic fibrosis. Such compounds include 3- (6- (1- (2,2-difluorobenzo [d] [1,3] dioxol-5-yl) cyclopropanecarboxamide) -3-methylpyridine-2 having the following structure: -Yl) benzoic acid ("Compound 1"). Compound 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof are useful for treating or reducing the severity of various CFTR-mediated diseases. [Selection figure] None |
