abstract The present invention provides a resin laminate and a resin multilayer container that are excellent in slipping property and stab resistance, and that are easy to adjust the carbon offset property. SOLUTION: (A) For a resin component comprising 90 to 60% ethylene / α-olefin copolymer having a density of 912 to 935 kg / m 3 and (B) 10 to 40% of high density polyethylene, (C) Unsaturated A layer of a resin composition containing 100 to 4000 ppm of fatty acid amide having a cis structure carbon double bond is provided on the surface layer, and the modern carbon ratio (ASTM D6866-12) of (A) and (B) is 0 to 8 pMC and 25.7 to 118 pMC Or a resin laminate comprising a plant-derived ethylene-based resin and having a carbon-labeled surface layer, and a resin multilayer container having a modern carbon ratio of the resin composition of 10.3 to 118 pMC; and (C) preferably , (C 1 ) H 2 N-CO-(-CH 2- ) n -CH = CH-(-CH 2- ) n -CH 3 ; (C 2 ) H 2 N-CO-(-CH 2- ) m-2 -CH = CH-(-CH 2- ) m -CH 3 ; or (C 3 ) H 2 N-CO-(-CH 2- ) k + 4 -CH = CH-(-CH 2- ) k -CH 3 (n, m, k: 6-10).
