To provide a fiber reinforced resin pellet that is excellent in fluidity at the time of molding, and can obtain a molded product excellent in mechanical properties, surface appearance, and the like, and a molded product using the same. A fiber reinforced resin composition obtained by blending 15 to 200 parts by weight of a fibrous filler (B) with 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (A) is formed by the following formula (1). Fill fiber reinforced resin pellets. 200 ≦ Wf P × Rf P1 mm ≦ 1200 (1) Wf P : Weight ratio (% by weight) of the fibrous filler (B) in the fiber reinforced resin pellet Rf P1 mm : Ratio (%) of the fibrous filler having a fiber length of 1 mm or more in the fibrous filler (B) contained in the fiber-reinforced resin pellet.
