titleOfInvention | Pharmaceutical preparation and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of cibelestat, for example, to suppress the formation of related substances due to the degradation of cibelestat which can occur immediately after dissolution in a solvent for use, and to generate and inject undesired precipitates during the preparation of the preparation To provide a pharmaceutical preparation capable of preventing the generation of insoluble substances when dissolved in water or the like, and a method for producing the same. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical preparation containing a lyophilizate of a solution containing sivelestat, pyrophosphoric acid or a salt thereof, and disodium hydrogen phosphate. The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention, for example, suppresses the production of a relative substance of cyberestat when used as an injection and exhibits excellent solubility in a solvent such as water for injection. Thus, it is useful as a preparation that improves the stability of cibelestat and is used for the improvement of acute acceptance associated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
