titleOfInvention | Cleaning method for forming jig |
abstract | To provide a method for cleaning a molding jig that can easily remove deposits derived from slurry remaining on the surface of the molding jig even if the molding jig has a complicated shape. A slurry containing a urethane resin precursor is molded using a molding jig (base material). The slurry is cured by a urethane reaction to produce a molded body. After the molded body is released (and thereafter the molded body is subjected to a drying process), the “slurry-derived deposit” (molded) remains on the surface of the used molding jig. Body, state before firing) is removed using “organic solvent-based cleaning liquid”. As the “organic solvent-based cleaning liquid”, a semi-aqueous cleaning liquid containing an alcohol solvent as a main component is suitable. Compared with the case where “neutral water-based cleaning liquid” is used as the “cleaning liquid”, the deposits are remarkably easily separated from the surface of the molding jig.
