abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide a heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is excellent in workability and handleability but also in appearance and in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. A heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (1) includes a metal layer (2) and a heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) laminated on the back surface of the metal layer (2). The heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) is made of (meth) acrylic. It contains an adhesive component obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing an acid alkyl ester, and thermally conductive particles, and the monomer component does not substantially contain a carboxyl group-containing monomer.
