titleOfInvention | Magnetic base particle, method for producing the same, treatment liquid modification method and treatment liquid modification system |
abstract | Magnetic base particles that can be magnetically recovered and can be used as an alkali agent, an adsorbent, or the like are provided. The magnetic base particle of the present invention is composed of a core part made of a hardly soluble base and a magnetic material made of a simple metal or a metal oxide, and is directly bonded to the surface of the core part to partially cover the outer surface of the core part. And a shell portion that covers the surface. The magnetic base particles were obtained, for example, by introducing poorly soluble basic particles such as MgO into an acidic solution in which ions of iron group elements that form hardly soluble hydroxides exist, and solid-liquid separation. It can be easily obtained by heat-treating the solid material. Magnetic materials constituting the shell portion are Fe, Ni, Co, and oxides thereof. By using this magnetic base particle, it is possible to efficiently modify, clean, regenerate, recover a specific component, etc. of a liquid to be treated such as a quenching liquid.
