PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring member having a coating film formed from a thermosetting powder paint and having excellent adhesion. A spring member (5) has a spring body (51) and a coating film (50b) formed by applying a thermosetting powder coating (50a) to the surface of the spring body (51). When the coating film 50b is hardened by heating from the side and the coating film 50b is cut from the surface of the spring body 51 by the SAICAS cutting blade 54, the residual rate of the coating film 50b is 30% or more.
