titleOfInvention | Wastewater treatment method |
abstract | Disclosed is a wastewater treatment method capable of efficiently removing heavy metals, particularly selenium, while reducing facility costs and operation costs when purifying wastewater generated during washing of chlorine bypass dust. A waste water treatment method for removing heavy metals from waste water generated during washing of dust contained in combustion gas extracted from a kiln exhaust gas passage from a kiln bottom of a cement kiln to a lowermost cyclone. From the pH of L1, the amount of ferrous compound FS required to reduce selenium contained in the wastewater and reduce the selenium concentration to a predetermined value or less is estimated, and the pH of the wastewater L1 is estimated. Is added to the waste water L2 to which the sulfurizing agent is added, the pH of the waste water L2 to which the sulfurizing agent is added is adjusted to 4 or less, and the estimated amount of the ferrous compound is added to the waste water. A precipitate is separated from the added waste water L3. [Selection] Figure 1 |
