abstract |
The present invention provides a resist resin composition that can be easily dissolved and peeled by an organic solvent, is excellent in etching solution resistance and plating solution resistance, and can form a fine pattern. The resist resin composition of the present invention is applied by a direct drawing method. The resin composition for a resist contains a polymer (A component) that dissolves in an organic solvent, a photocurable unsaturated compound (B component), and a photopolymerization initiator (C component). Resin composition for resist, wherein the B component contains at least one of dicyclopentenyloxyethyl acrylate and isobornyl acrylate (B1 component) and (meth) acrylate (B2 component) having a hydroxyl group .
