abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for processing a dielectric film. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for curing a low-k dielectric film. A method for curing a low dielectric constant (low-k) dielectric film on a substrate is described. The low-k dielectric film has a dielectric constant of less than about 4.
