titleOfInvention | Sensing method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to amplify a frequency change by a simple method when sensing an object in a sample liquid based on a change in frequency according to the mass of the object. Excitation electrodes 32A and 32B are formed on the surface of a crystal piece 31, and excitation electrodes 33A and 33B are formed on the back side, and an adsorption layer 51 is fixed on the excitation electrode 32A. When the sample liquid is supplied to the adsorption layer 51, the object X is captured by the adsorption layer 51 when the sensing object X is included. Next, when the first liquid is supplied, the first sensitizing substance 71 contained in the first liquid is bonded to the object X. Subsequently, when the second liquid is supplied, the second sensitizing substance 81 contained in the second liquid reacts with the first sensitizing substance 71 to generate an insoluble substance 82, and the insoluble substance 82 is an electrode. Sediment on 32A. Since a mass increase corresponding to the mass of the first sensitizing substance 71 and the insoluble substance 82 is obtained, the frequency change is amplified correspondingly.
