abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a long thermosetting resin porous sheet having no defect that causes damage. A thermosetting resin is obtained by bringing a cutting blade into contact with the thermosetting resin block while rotating a thermosetting resin block containing a cylindrical or columnar porogen around the cylinder axis or the column axis. Cutting the sheet into a sheet having a predetermined thickness, and removing the porogen from the resulting thermosetting resin sheet to make it porous, with the cutting blade in the direction of the axis of rotation of the thermosetting resin block. In contrast, the thermosetting resin porous sheet is cut while reciprocating substantially in parallel. [Selection] Figure 1 |
