An acidic gas absorbent having a high recovery amount of acidic gas such as carbon dioxide and having reduced heat of reaction during absorption of acidic gas, and an acidic gas removing device and an acidic gas removing method using the same. An acidic gas absorbent according to an embodiment contains at least one diamine compound represented by the following general formula (1). R 1 R 2 N— (CHR 3 ) n —CH 2 —NR 4 R 5 (1) (in the above formula (1), R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 have 3 to 3 carbon atoms) 6 represents a cyclic alkyl group having 6 carbon atoms, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a hydroxyalkyl group, or a hydrogen atom, and R 3 represents any one of a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, and an ethyl group, provided that R 1 , R 2 , R 4 and R 5 are each a cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms or a hydroxyalkyl group, and at least one of the two amino groups is a secondary amino group, The amino group is also a group other than the primary amino group.)
