titleOfInvention Method for recovering iron and phosphorus from steelmaking slag
abstract The present invention relates to steelmaking slag capable of recovering phosphorus and iron from steelmaking slag at low cost and effectively using the collected phosphorus and iron as resources, respectively, in recycling steelmaking slag containing phosphorus such as dephosphorized slag. A method for the recovery of iron and phosphorus from lime is provided. A steelmaking slag containing phosphorus is reduced using a reducing agent such as carbon, Si, Al, etc., and iron oxide and phosphorous oxide in the slag are reduced and recovered as phosphorus-containing molten iron. And the second step of recycling the produced sintered ore to the blast furnace using the steelmaking slag from which the iron oxide and the phosphorous oxide have been removed as a CaO source in the sintering step, and the reduction treatment recovered A third step of dephosphorizing the phosphorus-containing molten iron until the phosphorus concentration in the phosphorus-containing molten iron becomes 0.1% by mass or less, and concentrating phosphorus in the CaO-based flux; And a fourth step of mixing 1 mass% or less of phosphorus-containing molten iron into the blast furnace hot metal as an iron source.
