titleOfInvention Austenitic heat-resistant material
abstract The present invention provides an austenitic heat-resistant member that is excellent in crack resistance at the time of welding, and in particular, has excellent surface crack resistance in the vicinity of a welded portion when multilayer welding is performed as a thick-walled member. SOLUTION: C: 0.03 to 0.15%, Si ≦ 1%, Mn ≦ 2%, P ≦ 0.03%, S ≦ 0.01%, Ni: 40 to 55%, Cr: 20 to 35%, W: 3 to 10%, Ti: 0.01 to 1.2%, Al ≦ 0.3%, B: 0.0001 to 0.01%, N ≦ 0.02% and O ≦ 0. The maximum hardness HV0.025 (max) in a region where the chemical composition is composed of 01% and the balance is Fe and impurities, the maximum roughness Rz of the member surface is 50 μm or less, and the depth from the surface of the member is 100 μm. And Rz satisfy [HV0.025 (max) ≦ −1.2 × Rz + 380]. Instead of a part of Fe, one or more of a specific amount of Ca, Mg, REM, Co, Cu, Mo, V, Nb, and Zr may be contained. [Selection figure] None
