The present invention relates to methods for purifying recombinant proteins such as antibodies and antibody fragments. Preferably, the method uses depth filtration to clarify the desired protein from the solubilized mixture, and also allows the recombinant protein to be regenerated into a functional and active protein. A reproduction method and a reproduction buffer are provided. Examples of antibody fragments include anti-CD22 antibody fragments comprising VH and VL chains that are regenerated into functional and active fragments. [Selection] Figure 6 |
