titleOfInvention Method for producing monosilane from dichlorosilane
abstract A process for continuously producing monosilane by means of an apparatus comprising a reaction tower, at least two upper condensers each having a reflux feed pipe, a bottom reboiler, and an evaporation tank comprising: a mixture of dichlorosilane or chlorosilane Supplying the reaction to the upper stage of the reaction via the upper supply injection point; b) supplying the catalyst to the upper stage of the reaction tower via the lower injection point; and c) supplying the synthesis mixture to the reaction and brain. Introducing into the plurality of upper condensers from the top, d) separating monosilane from the condensate in the upper condenser, and e) recycling the condensate through a reflux feed pipe to the upper stage of the reaction tower; f) contacting the condensate with the catalyst in a reaction column.
