Dimeric VSTM3 fusion proteins and related compositions and methods |
abstract |
Compositions and methods relating to soluble dimeric proteins are described. The dimeric protein comprises first and second polypeptide fusions linked via a dimerization domain, each polypeptide fusion comprising an extracellular domain of a cytokine or cell surface receptor The first and second monomer domains corresponding to The monomer domain may be located at the amino terminus and the carboxyl terminus relative to the dimerization domain. Alternatively, the monomer domain can be located in tandem at either the carboxyl terminus or the amino terminus relative to the dimerization domain. The dimeric protein is useful in methods for therapy, diagnosis and research. |
