titleOfInvention Device for detecting specimens in body fluids
abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus (110) for detecting at least one specimen in a body fluid. The apparatus (110) includes at least one test element (120) with at least one two-dimensional evaluation region (136). The apparatus (110) further includes at least one spatial optical detector (138) having a plurality of pixels (146). This detector (138) is designed to copy at least a portion of the test element (120) onto the image area (148). Thereby, at least a part of the evaluation area (136) is copied onto the evaluation image area (150). The detector (138) is adapted to the test element (120) such that a predetermined minimum number of pixels (146) are provided in each dimension within the evaluation image region (150). Pixels (146) are provided in a two-dimensional matrix arrangement. The matrix arrangement has a row of pixels (158) and a column of pixels (160), where the row of pixels (158) is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the evaluation region (136) and / or the evaluation image region (150). Provided.
