abstract Methods and systems are provided for low emissions power generation in a hydrocarbon recovery process. One system includes a gas turbine system configured to stoichiometrically combust compressed oxidant and fuel in the presence of compressed recirculated exhaust gas and to expand emissions in an expander, which expands the recycler. Generates a circulation discharge and drives the main compressor. A boost compressor receives the gaseous exhaust stream and increases this pressure, after which the gaseous exhaust stream is compressed with the compressor, and the compressor is configured to generate a compressed recirculated exhaust gas. Rich air may have an increased oxygen concentration to promote stoichiometric combustion of the fuel and increase the CO 2 content in the recirculated exhaust gas.
